Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Crosspost, a product of CROSSPOST AI LLC. By creating an account or connecting a social profile, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Crosspost lets creators connect their Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts, see analytics about their own content, and publish their own videos from Crosspost to those connected accounts. The service is provided on an "as is" basis during this preview period.

Automatic cross-posting (auto-pilot)

Auto-pilot is off unless you turn it on. Turning it on takes a separate, explicit step in which you choose the primary account Crosspost watches, choose which of your connected accounts it posts to, and agree to auto-pilot specifically. Naming it as a preference elsewhere in the app does not switch it on.

• What it posts: your own videos, from the primary account you designated — nothing else, and nothing from anyone else's account.
• Where it posts: only the accounts you selected, from the Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts you have connected.
• It posts without asking you each time. That is what auto-pilot is: once it is on, Crosspost publishes to the accounts you chose without checking in with you first.
• TikTok is different: your video is placed in your TikTok drafts and you publish it yourself. Crosspost does not post to TikTok directly on your behalf.
• Limits: at most 5 automatic cross-posts in any 24 hours, and auto-pilot never touches anything you posted before you switched it on.
• You can stop it at any time in Settings, and anything not yet published stops. Anything already published stays published — we cannot un-publish it for you.
• We record your permission with its version and the date you gave it. If we change how auto-pilot works, we ask you again rather than carrying that permission over.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must own, or be authorised to manage, any social account you connect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use Crosspost in violation of the Instagram, TikTok or YouTube platform terms.

Third-party platforms

Crosspost relies on the official Instagram, TikTok and YouTube APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms, and platform availability or changes may affect the service.

Termination

You may stop using Crosspost and delete your account at any time via the Data Deletion page. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CROSSPOST AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service during this preview.
